Support PKCS1 PEM formats

Some providers can generate PEM keys in PKCS1 format with

-----BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
-----END RSA PRIVATE KEY-----

and smallrye-jwt can't read them. The regex needs to be tweaked a bit
