Make Pithy an installable jekyll theme

By now, Jekyll provides themes that can be installed using bundler (https://jekyllrb.com/docs/themes/).

I made turned your project into a proper jekyll theme which can easily installed and uploaded it as a gem (pithy) on rubygems.
