Amazing kanban, thank you so much. The only thing that is not quite convenient is the lack of tags. For example, I have one file: university.md. But inside it I want not just to put tasks together, but to divide them by subjects. For example, one task will have the tag "literature" and another one "language". Or something like that. In many kanbans this has been done a long time ago. And in Trello, and in Wekan, for example.

Yes, I'd like to add support for tags.

I workaround tags simply by adding '+' prefix to the word in the title or description. It's convention like in Todotxt.sh or Taskworrior. Then use '/' key to filter 'taged' task by start typing '+' sign and the initial letters of the word. It's simple and convenient for my workflow. But I miss from tag autocomplete. No big deal if there would be a possibility of optional editing in my favorite editor, because for example in vim I have configured autocomplete words from the list.

I am just hitting the need of tag as well : I have multiple columns acting as backlogs for specific projets but only one DOING to allow me not to easily find what I need to work on : ideally I would love to have tasks moved from one of the two backlog columns but still know what project they are based on (thx to tags).

Tags are a first-class feature of the v2.0 that I'm working on. Unfortunately the original version's data structure wasn't very well designed and adding tags in would have had some horrible performance implications.
