Feature request: global GitHub projects

There is already GitHub project support. Thanks. But it is currently restricted to projects bound to a repository. Projects can now be bound to the account; this allows, within a single project, to handle multiple repositories. This is, for instance, my only use case for projects today on GitHub. I would suppose this is trivial to implement as the GitHub API is similar. Thanks for looking into it :-)
