WSL: self-hosted startup freezes with no error when VPN enabled on the host

Tried the latest (1.9.3) docker image version. The latest stout message is "cassandra server started". The log directory on perm-storage is empty. There is no errors in cassandra logs as i can tell (searched with '^ERROR'). The web ui is not even available under the container using curl, so this is not the port mapping/routing issue

Tried 1.9.1, got the same results

UPD: the cause was the enabled VPN. Not sure why, but the startup script was freezed for infinite time because of it. Leaving the issue open, in case you want to handle this case and show a error. There is a common problem with VPN and WSL network actually, so i think there is no issue on refact end
