petri/hyperv: Don't delete the VM on Drop

This introduces async calls into Drop, which causes weird behavior. Instead just leave the VM as-is, it'll get cleaned up at the beginning of the next run.

These crates already have significant usage by the rest of the codebase, and trycopy has some fuzz coverage provided by the sparse_mmap fuzzer, but we should fuzz these unsafe crates...

Updating tracing-core from 0.1.30 to 0.1.31 results in singificant binary size increase
