users lacking permission to be in private channels are displayed as in them anway in bitblbee-discord

Users who lack permission to be in certain channels, should not show up in in the channel list. In the webapp they don't show up in said channels, when they lack permissions to be in them, but in irc side they do.

This is discord's fault and not the responsibility of bitlbee-discord. It is trivial to leak them using the api
