High CPU usage after enabling discord account

After using the captcha workaround with the token: https://github.com/sm00th/bitlbee-discord/issues/150#issuecomment-390320894 bitlbee uses 100% CPU and becomes unresponsive - ignores commands and after some time Hexchat drops the connection. After some time (~30s) CPU usage drops. After identifying again in the bitlbee, the problem appears again.

This sounds a lot like #47. Are you in any huge discord servers?

@sm00th Depends how do you define huge. Is a server with 1000+ users and a dozen of channels huge? If yes, I am in a few.

Huge user-wise. Adding multiple thousands of users is not something bitlbee does good currently, so it is very likely that this issue is a duplicate of #47
