Not clear from the readme, that samplenames MUST be different!

The program crashes if there are identical samplenames in the input file (2nd column). It is very strange, because as I understand, this software does support PE reads.

Did you mean in fastq QC or bam QC?

I got this error with fastq QC.

Hi Sergey,

It is a label of that file , not sample names. So it should be something like Sample1Pair1,...

In README: Input file for fastq QC or bam QC also supports label for each file listed (The labels are optional). The label should follow the file and separated by a Tab. The labels will be used in the report instead of the file names.

Hello, Slzhao! In the same readme there is:

#An example of input file for fastq QC. The labels are optional.
	#Column1 Column2
	sample1Pair1File	labelForThisFile
	sample1Pair2File	labelForThisFile
	Sample2Pair1File	labelForThisFile

Add, please, something unique to the labels, and mention it in the text... It would be more clear, as I think.

Also the readme now is very long. Maybe it would be better to extract the changelog from it to separate file?
