Bootstrap paging style (hierarchy)
Does not really matter, I just suggest Maybe it would be better if it followed the standard pagination.
For the first and previous pages, when on page 1, they have a "disabled" class, "active" class only for number. For page number, I see bootstrap is't use "current" class but "active" class, and also does not use a "disabled" class, because the cursor has change to default. For the last and the next, following first and previous, but on last pages condition

I use the "‹ (&lsaquo) and « («)" to fist and previous, and "› (&rsaquo) and » (»)" to the contrary :), Is here already provide parameters to change this ?

There are many parts to improve the Paginator. When you Pull Request, I'm glad :D
