docs: improve docs

This PR improves the documentation in the README

• Moves the download step for the epic games install guide down, as its not needed until later (and matches the steam guide)
• Notes that when the mayor abstains, their vote is not on the results screen
• Notes that the chat is visible to everyone during a meeting for lovers
  • This really shouldn't be needed but some people are 😅
• Notes that the medic reports are for the real identity of the killer, not the morphed/mimiced killer
• Adds a missing game option "Snitch can see neutrals"
• Slight rewording

The information about the spy seeing dead time on vitals was removed, simply because the entire feature was removed with the 15 player among us update, its misleading to have it in the README when the feature was removed (temporary removal or not), spy is overpowered as it is anyway 😅
