Tuya switch (TS0011,TS0012,TS0013) (no neutral) automatically switchoff after 1-3 minute timeout.

SLS:2021.05.12d1 zigbee module: CC2538 (ver 20201010)

Just after joining, TS001x module automatically switch off light after 1-3 minutes timeout.

It look like issue with incorect working with GEN_TIME cluster.
