HI Developer where can I got TimeZone setting. (Other builder will catch HOST TimeZone)

Do you try to add the tzutil.exe comand? exec it in pecmd.ini, Would it will change the timezone?

dism can change the TimeZone too, I think there is a registry item to control it.
