[Bug] VC Redist

There seems to be an issue with an MSVC Redist installer. I tried to modify VC Redist script to include all WinSxS related to VC9.0, but still get this error: image

For PE, we use repacked VC Redist normally. Which is like 7z packages, and slim than installer. Just extract and import some registry items on building to intergate into PE. The Installer is not good for PE. Even it fixed, you have to install it every time on booting.
