Plugin breaks when using UI Kitten v5

Switching to use the new version of UI Kittens v5 breaks the ability to run Gatsby. New package is "@ui-kitten/components"

This can be reproduced by changing the package and the corresponding imports in the example provided. The only clue is an error message about an unexpected token, but no other information.
