Failed to upgrade legacy queries Datasource ${DS_PROMETHEUS} was not found

There is an error when I am trying to upload the dashboard programmatically using terraform, but it works when done manually. I found a similar issue and as far as I understand that is the fix https://github.com/pauvos/ingress-nginx/commit/35ab8c2b8d2e24f958f4a627568350cb7178267f

The link posted by @zhdanovartur returns 404 now. Probably a similar solution is described at https://github.com/grafana/grafana/issues/10786#issuecomment-1277000930 and the fix is to replace "${DS_PROMETHEUS}" with the empty value "" in the json of the dashboard.

Could not find the definition for the dashboard in this repo to make a PR. @slok could you please update the 14348-slo-detail dashboard or point me to the repo with the dashboard 🙏
