Rich Presence does not update with single character names

Describe the bug

Rich presence doesn't update if the album being played is only a single character (or number) and will instead show the last track being played.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Play any album with a single character name (for example '2')

Expected behavior

Rich presence should update and show the current track being played.

It's not really an error from Discordbee but rather from Discord itself. Discord doesn't allow statuses below a certain character threshold (I believe it's 2 or 3 characters minimum).

This can easily be fixed by appending a space character to single-character names
