how do I upload the file in fact?

Hello! Sorry for my ignorance, but how do I actually do upload the file in a certain folder with that your code? I was only able to monitor the upload progress, but I can not actually send the upload. I want to use this code in a project I'm developing here and found it very useful because it works with the html5 progress bar, which makes it more accessible with screen readers. If you can get that doubt out, I'd be very grateful. I'm testing on win7 running xampp with php5.6.30.
