Connectivity issue: "Unable to join" alert

Occasionally you may start seeing an "Unable to join" alert.

This has to do with neoscan's connection to the nodes. If that happens you'll need to restart neoscan. Looking into a solution...

Seems like this may have just been my setup in Kubernetes. Others have gone days with no issues and it was happening to me after about 12 hours.

@slipo it happens to me pretty early on and then never again once i restart :(
