Broken todo-mvc example

The todo-mvc demo wasm is a dead link and the slintpad version looks quite unhappy.

the wasm dead link should be fixed tomorrow with 563585c

The slintpad link looks bad because

1. slintpad don't respect the preferred-size, even on first click.
2. the minimum size of the todo-mvc example is too small.

I have checked this and it looks like that both problems are solved now so I close this.
