SpinBox: pressing the up or down key should change the value

Pressing the up or down key (on the keyboard) should increase or decrease the value of the SpinBox.

Currently does nothing.

Check https://github.com/slint-ui/slint/issues/3051, it's about long-press, what is needed to implement it correctly on SpinBox.
