I did upload it to pypi, mostly to prevent anyone else from doing so. I am able to pip-install it on my systems:

Collecting mureq
  Downloading mureq-0.1.0-py3-none-any.whl (10 kB)
Installing collected packages: mureq
Successfully installed mureq-0.1.0
