HI Scott, I am exploring pyglm, and started generating synthetic data as indicated: python -m test.generate_synth_data -N 4 -T 60 -m standard_glm -r data python -m test.synth_map -d data/2016_03_02-11_11/data.pkl -r results The output connection matrix looks like fig. below for any parameter of -N -T. How is the code status for generation of synthetic data?. Thank you !. conn_matrix
