Hi Scott, I just attempted to run pyglm on my data. I got something out, but I have doubts about sanity of the output. I think I might be misunderstanding how to set up some of the variables. For instance, my connectivity matrix looks strange (eg https://github.com/mmyros/pyglm/blob/master/results/2014_05_06-15_42/conn.pdf).

Maybe you could post a minimal script that would take real data and process it?

Hey Max! This is a great suggestion, thanks! I'm frantically working toward a deadline right now so the code is undergoing heavy modifications. Once things have stabilized I'll put this together, and I'll let you know as soon as it's ready. Best, Scott
