Added support to optionally customize the paths to ssh and scp binaries, and identity file (-i option). Tested in Windows, not in Linux.

The package works like a charm, however I always edit files at the same location on the server and I find myself navigating many times to the same desired path...

the ability to use different ssh port would be awesome :)
