Monocular + IMU for lower bandwidth on USB2.0

A suggestion to provide API on mynteye to allow single camera raw output + synchronoized IMU data for mono+inertial users.

With one camera, (hopefully) the required b/w is only half, then a promising USB2.0 interface is usable. USB3.0 is not that popular on development boards, such as Xilinx Zynq or Raspberry Pis.
