Badge for coverage

It would be nice if somehow we could badge the README in our repo automatically with the coverage results.

We'd be totally for it @sdebruyn!

I guess in order for that to happen we'd first need to support the format these "coverage-reporting-as-a-service" tools (like https://coveralls.io/) actually support (c.f. #39)

Do you have a service you'd be eager to use @sdebruyn?

shields.io allows for custom badges. the one below isn't perfect, but could be a start: https://img.shields.io/badge/dbt_coverage-85%25-blue
