Screen orientation (WCAG 1.3.4a)

When using SlideWiki in landscape orientation (mobile phone), page content is cut off at the bottom of the screen.

This is related to how RevealJS is displaying slide content. Everything is horizontally aligned in the middle, in case the content is higher than the viewport, indeed the content is cut off. I leave the issue open, but remove it from the iOCW project.
