Disable the synchronization feature of the presenter mode during deployment

As a TA, I deployed my lecture slides on the public internet using Cloudflare Pages for students to view. I also wrote extensive notes to aid in teaching. After the course ended, to prevent someone from accidentally activating presenter mode and forcing other students viewing at the same time to synchronize their progress, I turned off presenter mode; however, this also made the notes no longer visible (unless one reads the source code).

Add an option: Allow disabling the page synchronization feature when the presenter mode is enabled.

You can add a password to the presenter mode, won't that work for your case?

No. I don't intend to prevent others from entering presenter mode; rather, I expect them to be able to enter (and thus read my notes), just not to synchronize progress between different accesses. Enabling a password does not help solve this problem.
