One thing I noticed is that if you provide a bogus Jenkins version, e.g., `https://updates.jenkins.io/update-center.actual.json?version=4.0` you still get update center information returned. I am not sure if this is desirable...
I think you need jenkins_home for the volume name.
I don't have a way of trying to replicate this, so I am not sure how to help. I know that the directory must NOT exist beforehand for Windows volumes....
I would love to make that possible, I haven't had a chance to look into this yet though. I will try and look into it today if I can manage...

Any update on this?
Would the project be open to building docker images and publishing them from GitHub actions? This would allow building and publishing more variants to at least the "unofficial" repos on...
