[Suggestion] Use the Attribute command instead of the Chain Helmet

I never lost a day, but I guess we have the Chain Helmet to remove max_health from players. Since 1.16 this could be avoided with the /attribute command

The helmet also has some lore with messages from the Gods. It could be changed, but would lose some flavor so I opted not to.
