Infill Error/Gap when: 100% Infill AND Ovewidth of Infill AND fill-gaps AND Perimeter x2 AND overhang

Very specific situation with Infill Error when: -100% Infill -AND Overwidth (wider than nozzle line width) for Infill-General -AND Overwidth for Infill-Solid -AND Perimeter x2 -AND fill-gaps -AND overhang.

Expected results is "Fill-Gaps" as can be seen in the rectangles beside in each image. Slic3r does the infill as best possible to fill the gaps in all other cases in these variations of tests.

Instead of alot of text describing all the test I did, here are annotated screenshots of all config variations that might have been related.
Green=Ok Red=Error Orange=Possible suspect, but no effect.

STL and OpenScad to generate source STL as required as attached. Github doesn't permit those extensions, so they are zipped.
