Locating the errors Slic3r detects in the model

Open amsterdamman opened this issue 3 years ago • 2 comments

I still use Slic3r to verify my models are error free. But it does not give any information as to WHERE in the model the errors are. Since they have been detected by the program, can't it give me a general idea as to where I need to look to fix it in the model? I'm not asking for the exact spot, just which end or area I need to search. I spend hours looking through the entire model to find a single bad line. Thanks all!

@amsterdamman… use Blender (blender.org) and the 3D-Print addin. You can visualize the faults and also fix it.
