Dialogues stuck off-screen

Hi when using 2 monitors in Windows 10 all is fine, but when going back to 1 monitor the layer height dialogue will open off-screen with no way to get it back. I notice this was fixed previously in 2015, but looks like Windows updates have tripped things up.

As its a dialogue its impossible to re-home, and restarting slic3r doesn't reset window positions, meaning it always opens off-window. I haven't tested this with any other dialogue function for Slic3r.
