Ability to remove the "Disable Safe Eyes" option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I currently have "Allow Postponing breaks" turned off (because i will often spam that rather than taking a break when I am busy), but I find myself using the "Disable Safe Eyes" option instead which defeats this feature...

Describe the solution you'd like It would be very helpful if there was a switch to add/remove the "Disable Safe Eyes" option.

Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative would be to have shorter intervals over which you can disable safe eyes (e.g. 5 minutes). Right now the min option is 30 minutes.
