Internal runtime error - Error generating report: java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: Factory

Hi All!

I am not sure if this is the best place to post this however I was directed here. When trying to generate an excel report I receive this Internal runtime error Error generating report: java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: Factory

Generating other reports does not have this error e.g. html report

Only reports which interact with excel get this issue
