Whitespaces in Java Home path not supported

Hi, When attempting to install on MacOS Ventura, with a Java path of "/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/JavaAppletPlugin.plugin/Contents/Home" the install_application.sh script doesn't seem to support the white spaces.

There also appears to be some hard coded Java paths in install_tsk_from_src.sh that do not exist.
