error for files on a .vhd image - (offset 0-16,384 could not be read)

Hello,

I have been trying to analyse a .vhd image of a windows system in autopsy. But after 24 hrs of processing the data source it doesn't show the contents of most of the files and instead shows this -"offset 0-16,384 could not be read" in the contents. I did not find anything in the logs also.

Can you please tell me what is the issue?
