Hello there is an issue with joining games in hamachi

There is an issue that I have no idea how to solve, basically i make the network and my friend joins the network we enter the game and the LAN game pops up but when we try to join it says an error we have basically tried every thing from switching the host to switching the game, we have tried this on cod mw3, cod ww2, cod iw, dying light 1 (and yes we are in the same versions with the same DLCs) we even tried switching karo host versions please help we have been trying for over 2 months by now
