PS4 9.00 STUCK ON THE LOGGING IN SCREEN

Me (Ps4 5.05) and my friend (Ps4 9.00 have been trying to play CODMW 2019 on LAN play with Hamachi, I can get everything to work fine, but my friends hamachi is keeps getting stuck on the logging in screen. Yesterday we tried for hours and somehow it worked out of nowhere and we played for hours without a single problem. Today we are still getting this issue, his hamachi is on logging in screen for about 30 minutes now but still nothings happening. We have tried restarting the PS4 several times, deleting and reinstalling hamachi several times but nothing seems to work. As Hamachi is stuck on the logging in screen there is no way to dump logs or anything like that, so have no idea why it's happening and how it just worked yesterday. Can someone please please please tell me how it fix this, it would be much much appreciated. Also both our NAT is type 2 so there's no problem there, but still it's stuck on the logging in screen

Also the internet connection on the 9.00 ps4 is working perfectly (we tested this by opening a YouTube video in the internet browser)
