Suggestion: Option to guarantee GF Ability Accessibility

The idea here is to guarantee that some GF will have each (unteachable) ability. For instance, making sure that Mug will appear on some GF, or that the various menu abilities will be accessible. (De-duplicating those menu abilities might be a nice touch.)

My C# is rusty, especially for UI, but I'll see about submitting a PR for at least the randomization function. I also think it might make sense to guarantee basics for only the first three GFs (at least absent GF availability randomization) which would add a neat extra dimension having to keep those separate.

I haven't used Visual Studio in a decade or anything with WPF interfaces, but this solution built from a fresh clone smooth as butter. Not really related to this issue, just want to say thanks, you made this incredibly easy!
