OstaniZdrav: daily keys, valid - show plotLInes

As last 13 days in this chart is not complete data, we should probably indicate that with plot lines and show that columns with different shade (light grey). Is this possible in Vega charts?

Or should we mighrate to Highcharts for these charts?
