NVDLA does not work with Leon3 on 64-bit DMA NoC

Previously, it was not possible to instantiate NVDLA in a Leon3-based SoC. With the new configurable NoC width, this is now possible, but the Linux drivers do not compile and the basic baremetal test does not work.
