Faulty reset of ESP and Spandex SystemC caches

Describe the bug It appears that both ESP and Spandex SystemC caches do not get reset properly. This prevents from booting Linux multiple times or launching multiple bare-metal programs without re-programming the FPGA every time.

To Reproduce Design an SoC with the one of the SystemC cache hierarchies and try to execute a bare-metal program or boot Linux multiple times without programming the FPGA in between.
