Possibly incorrect use of pagebreak anchor
Pagebreak anchor should be placed just before first content on this page (unless I did not understand the definition).
This implies that <anchor> should never be the last element in a book.
It appears that some books (Evangelie) violate this convention. Probably because they place anchor at the end of the current page content, not at the beginning.
Needs review and possibly fixing...
I'll take a look at this when I link the text with the images.
Am I picking this up right that text linking with images was never finished, and the http://www.ponomar.net/cgi-bin/bookpage.cgi link are not supposed to work as of today? I've been wondering about those links.
Yeah, I started to work on the interface, and you can see the proof-of-concept here: https://www.ponomar.net/cgi-bin/bookimage.cgi?book=MineyaAugust1996&metadata and here: https://www.ponomar.net/cgi-bin/bookimage.cgi?book=MineyaAugust1996&page=3 but the project ran out of steam.
