What glyph decisions would you make: make a glyph narrow to keep 1px left margin or keep the letter intact? `ʼnĥħ` are in the picture. 
Added U+1E00..U+1EF9 glyphs with some exemptions, changed small German SS (extra pixel made it rough), U+25A2, U+25C6..25C7, waste bins U+F014, U+F1F8, F48E and more glyphs, whose changes I didn't log...
