Add issue button show up only sometime

I did see the ADD Button sometime but most of the time it just does not show up. Not clear what the logic is.

It disappears when you scroll down the list and reappears when going back up. It's also getting hidden when you switch to closed issues tab or start a search. Is this the behavior you are observing or is something different?

Well if that is the logic. I see the button almost never. Only sometimes when I start the app. My friends see the same behavior. this is a Moto 5g plus

The issue add button also disappear when using search.

I would like to request keeping the button visible in that situation.

Use case : before creating an issue, I search for a potentially existing one, and if I find none, I create mine.

Having to press back before add should be unnecessary.

Additionally, I would like to suggest prefilling the newly created issue title with the previously searched query.
