Allow a different hostname to be set.

For this feature, I need someone to provide a test account on gh enterprise.

Unfortunately I can't create new accounts with the instance I use. Can't you install it locally?

I guess I could set that up for you on some machine, but if you could on yours that would be easier.

I'm glad to help testing a pre-release version of the app with my account.

I cant provide an account because it is sensetive but I can test with it so I am more than happy to do so.
