Notifications read from another device should be automatically dismissed

It happens quite often to me that OctoDroid sends a GH notification to my phone, but then I read it using my laptop. After a few hours, I come back to my phone and see there the old notification. Sometimes I wonder if that's the same one I've already read or a newer one, so I tap on it and I'm greeted by an empty Notifications screen. 😅

It would be nice if OctoDroid dismissed read notifications when checking for new ones. I've noticed that Gmail does it.

I have seen exact same behavior in many of the apps I use and thought its a problem with my OS.
