Organize Widget Areas

Naming: they should be named things that would make sense to a civilian. Primary Sidebar and Secondary Sidebar = ok. Single Top = maybe confusing name and not sure it's needed.

Remove Comment out superfluous widget areas, but leave the code there if someone wants to put them back.

Add Add some widget areas in the footer (three or four).

Any other ideas put them in the comments!

Complete! Took out Index Insert and Single Insert and changed widget names to the following:

• Posts Page Top/Bottom (Index Top) • Single Post Top/Bottom • Footer Left/Middle/Right (1st/2nd/3rd Subsidiary) • After/Before Single Post • kept Primary/Secondary Aside

Comments have directions for removing/adding widgets. This might be really a lot of widgets, so may want to remove some for release - easy to do.
